The exhibition is an integral part and valuable part of conference programme. It provides an opportunity for scientists, developers, engineers, entrepreneurs, systems, integrators and managers to mix. The conference infrastructure and special location of the exhibition will ensure that the exhibition is a pivotal experience for conference delegates, so that old acquaintances can be renewed and new contacts created.
Exhibitors can set up their stands between 8.30 and 10.00. on the morning of Tuesday 26th August 2008. Stand break down from 13.00 on Friday 29th August 2008.
Exhibitors will be provided with one table, two chairs, display boards. Power cables will not be provided. Posters should not be fixed to the walls in the exhibition area.
