• 32 rooms with two single beds(recommended to participants attending without accompanying persons).
• 32 rooms with double beds(recommended to couples without dependents).
• 25 rooms with three single beds(recommended to families with one child).
• 20 rooms with four single beds (recommended to students and young researchers).

Outside the university, hotel we have  75 single rooms and 50 double rooms.

When registering on web please indicate your preference about accommodation.

Please write to him with any query with accommodation. Please inform him with your travel itinerary. He is in charge to welcome you at the airport and he is supposed to arrange your transportation from the airport to the conference venue and backward to the airport.

• Antalya is a touristic place. Please book your flights as soon as possible. It could be difficult to find a flight to Antalya in summer high season!!! 
•  Could you please send your flight information to Dr. Kutalmış Güven? He will make arrangement for welcome and transportation from airport to conference center. 
• Could you please send the following information about you (and accompanying person, if you have) for accommodation. Dr. Kutalmış Güven will book your room reservation according to your information.

• We have given details of our bank accounts in lira, US$ and Euros. Please note that our working principle is on a first come, first service basis. We have supported about 50 bursary applications some in full and some in partial. Most of the invited speakers do not need to make anything with regards to the payment. Additional invited speakers are expected to pay. Please do write to us if you have any query. We have received over 320 abstracts so far.
